Working locally does not always mean you have to give up a major brand! New job opportunity has opened up at this multi-office firm with Insolvency functions in several locations, for an Insolvency Administrator who can demonstrate at least 2 years current experience.

You will be responsible for a varied case load and will support the more senior members to achieve departmental strategic objectives and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department. You will be in charge of of a portfolio of personal and corporate insolvency cases. You'll supervise more junior members of staff, and familiarity with IPS is an advantage.

The office is best suited to those who can drive, and who live within or with easy access to north Kent. The office runs a full-suite Insolvency and Restructuring function with a wide range of solutions for companies, partnerships and individuals. They seek to focus on the recovery of the business and re-integration into the appropriate trading structure, with formal insolvency proceedings being seen as the option of last resort.The services include restructuring and re-organisations, lender and other business reviews, as well as advising clients on how to deal with their claims in insolvency.
