About the Job
Consistent business growth has created a need to find a respectable and well experienced Insolvency Manager to join an award winning team in one of Australia's dedicated advisory firms whose service lines cover insolvency, turnaround, corporate finance and forensics.
Due to growth a new manager vacancy has been created in a team who are already one of the highest performers in the business.
You will be walking into a fast paced environment where success is rewarded and there is a distinct lack of red tape. Innovative ideas are encouraged.
Why this role?
This position has been newly created through growth along. You are not expected to fill anyone's old desk.
The firm have a great social calendar. Many of the current staff gets involved in activities outside of the office at weekends, so they really don't see this as just a job.
You will be working on some of the largest administrations and receiverships in the country which include household names.
Full IPA study is offered if you haven't begun to study already.
The operational structure is very flat, the partners are active on jobs and like to be the face of the company while operating a "do as I do, not as I say" approach to their work.
Generally speaking most people are out of the office by 5.30 every night.
There is an annual bonus pot available.
A structured career path to senior management is going to be available as soon as you start with achievable targets for promotion.
In order to be considered for this position you should have at least 5 years experience of working in insolvency or corporate recovery and at least 2 of those should be in the local Australian market. You should ideally be CA qualified although qualified by experience candidates will be considered. Sponsorship can be provided on a 457 visa if you are already working in the country.
