Service Technician

FertilTech, Inc., located in Rockland, MA U.S. is seeking full-time Service Technician to join our team.  Unisense FertiliTech is currently focusing on the very promising area of morphokinetic embryo assessment and has developed and manufactures the EmbryoScope®Time-Lapse System.”The Vision to Conceive” is our goal to promote knowledge building through extensive documentation and retrospective analysis.  We are dedicated to providing technology to improve IVF treatments through quantification of embryo development patterns.

 

Primary Responsibilities

 

·         Installation of EmbryoScope and EmbryoViewer at IVF clinics in North America

·         Routine Service and Maintenance for EmbryoScope and Embryo Viewer on installed instrument base

·         Inventory control and purchasing for spare parts and software

·         QA working under ISO 13485

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

·         College degree preferred but qualifying experience will be considered

·         Medical equipment experience working under ISO 13485

·         Experience with quality management, print card circuits, calibration of equipment, and software applications

·         Understanding of complex software, electronics, and mechanics.

·         Independent, outgoing, and have exceptional organizational and communication skills

·         You are quality conscious and place high demands on your own and other’s work

·         Travel required, 40%
