Our Installers work on a variety of setup/installation projects in various locations.  They are responsible for finishing projects on time and quality workmanship – they know how to perform under pressure!   Installers read floor plans to direct their activities on-site in a safe manner and actively participate in getting the project done, the right way and on time.   Installers may also be asked to make simple calculations, deal with clients, level a racking unit, build a bulkhead and more...

Responsibilities:

·         Read and follow floor plans or take instructions to establish placement of various store fixtures displays

·         Install, build, adjust, repair, level or disassemble metal racking, LED displays, POP displays, wood shelving units/cabinets, laminate, bulkheads, etc. using a variety of hand and power tools

·         Set a great example for others – being dependable, reliable, flexible and punctual

·         Exceed expectations of our clients

·         Complete projects on time with a focus on meeting deadlines, quality and safety

·         Work effectively and communicate openly with team mates and Lead Installer

·         Maintain a presentable image on client premises at all times

Qualifications:

·         AT MINIMUM 1 year skills and experience gained in trim carpentry, millwork, store setup/installation, retail construction, maintenance or other similar work

·         Confident use of hand and power tools.  2+ years preferred

·         Ability to follow instructions accurately and within set timeframes

·         Maturity and communication skills to work effectively as part of a team under pressure

·         Presentable appearance suitable to work in retail environments

·         Desire to understand and follow company policies and safety guidelines at all times

·         Attention to detail and quality workmanship

 .     Must have own transportation and basic tools

Our jobs are project-based.  While our current project is expected to last 3 months (nights, various locations) we have many other clients and ongoing projects that will keep the most flexible of our Installers and Leads busy for months to come!
