Institutional Business Development Executive recruitment

Our client is one of the UK’s leading fund management companies, managing investment, pension funds and other assets on behalf of a wide range of their clients.

As the Institutional Business Development Executive you will be required to support the Institutional sales team in regards to bringing in clients and then client support, with focus on institutional pension schemes, local authorities, charities and insurance companies

Other duties include:

• Working  closely with other institutional business development team members on responses to tenders, questionnaires and data requests in a timely and accurate manner

• Developing high quality investment and sales presentations in conjunction with other Institutional Business development Executives

• Producing accurate and up-to-date investment related materials, such as fund profiles and fund manager commentary

• Networking/entertainment - arranging and attending dinners, entertainment, events, and seminars in support of institutional business development

To successfully secure this exciting new role you must have:

• A strong understanding of investment products, in particular pooled pension funds

• Good current knowledge of institutional market and client base

• Knowledge and understanding of regulatory environment within an asset management firm
