Institutional Client Administrator recruitment
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients with regards to day to day client service as well as reporting. The role is very varied and covers reporting, relationship management, transitions, fees and implementation of new products. Responsibilities would include:
- Producing monthly and quarterly client accounting reports
- Producing periodic Investment reporting including reviewing performance data
- Managing the day to day relationship with the client, dealing with any non investment related queries
- Managing the transition of new clients and administrating cash flows
- Calculating Fees and chasing outstanding fees
- Monitoring transactions onto the client accounts and working with operations to resolve any issues
- Understanding the clients or Investment individuals needs and proactively produce a solution
To be considered for this role you must have extensive experience in a Client Reporting, Client Administration or Valuations role from an Investment Management business, you must have an indepth knowledge of Investment Products (Ideally Fixed Income or OTC Derivatives) with the ability to demonstrate this understanding and be IAQ or IMC Qualified. Knowledge and experience in one of the following areas is Transitions, Performance and Client Services also necessary. As an individual you must be proactive, confident and driven with very strong client service skills (strong communication skills are ESSENTIAL)
