Institutional Client Relationship Manager – Nordic & Benelux regions (Asset Management) recruitment

The Opportunity:

• This is a newly created opportunity to support the business development activities of this aggressively expanding asset manager within the Nordic Benelux regions (role to be based in London)

• In summary, the role seeks to provide the highest possible level of service to clients prospects as well as key internal stakeholders

• More detailed duties / functions will include managing the entire client take on, managing all aspects of client relationship management, including identifying cross-selling activities, coordinating the preparation of relevant client materials as well as maintaining the CRM database (Salesforce.com) for all client details and client interactions

• Within this role you will be highly “visible”, working closely with sales, Investment Managers, senior management, marketing, legal, compliance etc.

• Some travel will be expected, although the majority of your time will be based in the London office

Your Experience:

• You will have a record of academic achievement, along with some relevant industry qualifications – IMC, and perhaps some progress towards the CFA qualification

• You must have a very strong client service ethic / focus, with a solid background in servicing both Institutional clients and Financial Institutions

• An appreciation of cross-selling is essential as well as a detailed knowledge of the mutual fund / fund management industry products within the Nordic and Benelux regions

• You will have an entrepreneurial outlook and be a real self-starter

• Possess very strong communication skills, both verbal and written and ideally speak languages relevant to the Nordic / Benelux regions
