Institutional Client Services Director recruitment

Following a strategic initiative to meet the client asset structuring this role is critical to the firm. We are looking for a candidate with deep knowledge of the Investment Management business from an on-boarding, transitions and client management perspective.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

- Lead client meetings to discuss operations expertise and solutions offered to the client
- Planning to meet the individual needs of the client by arranging a pre-meet with relevant individuals and ensuring high quality presentations are delivered to those attending the meetings.
- Collaborate with Investment Administration to ensure appropriate resources and expertise are accessible for clients
- Evaluate the complexity, special requirements and risk associated with each client structuring
- Responsible for oversight of the global client take on process, working alongside the Transitions team to assist with the negotiating and implementation of the Investment Management Agreement
- Retaining existing business and developing relationships
- Management of a team of 6 people

The candidate we are looking for will have the credibility to manage a mature team. This reports into the heads of the business and is a senior hire within the organisation. As such, we are looking for someone at director level within a large institutional house. To apply you will have at least 10 years’ experience in the Investment Management Industry. Client facing, transitions and team management exposure is a must.
