Institutional Client Services Team Manager recruitment
This is a dynamic and pivotal role where you will be responsible for project managing the smooth transition of Client Assets to and from the company.
The Company are looking for a confident, self-assured individual that is able to be proactive in seeking new ways to re-engineer processes and take on additional responsibilities. As a named contact, you must oversee, support and co-ordinate the delivery of service whilst responding promptly and professionally to day to day and ad hoc client requests.
Other responsibilities include:
• Coordinating the production signature of the IMA, ISDAs and CSAs
• Ensure high quality client relationships
• Support the Client Directors and work closely with them to implement commercially sound strategies
• Gain the confidence endorsement of the Client Directors, Performance Measurement team, Financial Solutions Group and the Front Office
• Strong management experience
You must have the following attributes:
• Knowledge of institutional clients, including defined benefit pension schemes, insurance companies, corporate and third party distributors
• Used to transitioning large clients (£300 mil - £11 Bn)
• Confident, credible and capable in meetings discussions at all levels internally and externally
• Qualified at IAQ and IMC level or above (or with the commitment to obtain both IAQ and IMC if applicable within 12 months)
