Institutional Credit Sales (VP/ Director Level) recruitment
Profile:
• Candidate must have minimum 5 years of strong credit sales experience with a flow bias. Role would entail approximately 70% EM flow and 30% non-flow illiquid coverage.
• Candidate must have proven traction with South Asia institutional clients especially Hedge Funds and RMAs (eg. Banks and Insurance Companies). Some flexibility is allowed in terms of existing client coverage, as long as institutional clients are included.
• Market coverage will be South Asia with a focus on Singapore.
• Candidate must have good product knowledge on credit products (eg. high-grade, high-yield and distressed) and be able to tell a story vs purely executing deals (hence pure Private Banks Sales candidates would not be suitable).
• Candidate must be highly motivated, entrepreneurial and effective producer who relishes being part of a thriving new platform.
