Institutional Marketing Executive recruitment

The candidate will identify and cultivate prospects, initiate, and follow up on new business opportunities, and close sales to institutional accounts.  The qualified individual will have pre-existing industry contacts in the institutional consulting and plan sponsor channels.  The ability to develop new business opportunities with institutional accounts is essential.  This position requires an individual who has a firm grasp of the capital markets and the manager search process, is resourceful, shows initiative, and possesses exceptional communication and relationship management skills.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5-year track record in institutional business development and relationship management preferably with an MBA and/or CFA.  Previous experience in institutional client service is a plus.  Qualified candidates should submit their resume in confidence to careers@schneidercap.com.
