Institutional Relationship Management recruitment
In this role, you will provide client service and relationship management for an institutional client base. Your purpose will be to strengthen key relationships with clients and their investment consultants, expand and retain assets under management and identify opportunities for cross selling. The chosen individual will be assigned an institutional client-base to manage, including relationships from other arms of the business.
Main responsibilities
*To act as the client relationship manager and primary contact for an institutional client-base
*Attending the investment meetings and updating clients regarding their portfolios
*To be responsible for ensuring all client requests are responded to in an accurate and timely fashion
*Liaising with various internal teams; investment, operations, administration, finance, legal and compliance
*Assisting in the institutional business development by attending events
*Working closely with the client administration team to ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all client reporting requirements
*To oversee and be accountable for the successful transition/on-boarding of new clients as required.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
*Significant client facing experience within an asset manager
*Experience of building both institutional client and consultant relationships
*Experience of attending internal and external client meetings
*Degree Qualified
*IMC
