Institutional RFP/Junior Sales recruitment

Responsibilities

Collects and provides data for RFP production for prospective clients by accessing appropriate systems and records, liasing with various internal departments for appropriate input, reviewing previous RFP’s and suggesting what might be useful to meet the prospective clients’ requests

Prepares draft sections of RFP’s as requested by Client Team Director responsible for prospective client

Liaises with the allocated Client Team Director to assist in overall RFP production and submission

        Interprets and analyses above data as necessary, and prepare draft responses to clients   and their advisers, as required

Responsible for collating and providing updates on performance and AUM data on consultant websites

Responsible for ensuring that appropriate products are accurately reflected on appropriate databases

Person specifics

Degree educated, IMC desireable

Previous experience of RFP writing or Investment writing

Asset management experience and a broad knowledge of investment and investment products

Experience of working with institutional investors and pension funds

Analytical skills

Team Player
