Institutional Sales and Account Manager recruitment

Leading global asset management firm has a new Sales and Account Manager role in their institutional team.

This role will require you to sell the full spectrum of products across all asset classes to UK Institutional Investors (inc Pension Funds).

You will also be expected to be the lead relationship manager and cross sell to around 35 to 40 core institutional clients.

As well as the business development duties, you will proactively widen and deepen these existing relationships and enhance revenue generation. You will be expected to devise and contribute to the business strategy and planning. You will be ultimately responsible for the ownership, servicing and new business development of UK institutional client accounts and relationships to ensure the consistent delivery of a high quality and seamless service offering across all products.

You will have relevant sales and relationship management experience from another asset manager. You must have experience with the UK institutions space including a broad understanding of the UK pension fund market.

You must have strong client facing presentation and sales skills and well as strong technical product/investment knowledge. Ideally a track record of revenue generation.

IMC or CFA essential.
