RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for building new and expanding existing client relationships with institutional clients with a geographic focus on Switzerland. You will be supporting our investment management and tactical asset allocation team by developing business for our investment fund products as well as our individual asset allocation services. This will include driving the development of our product and service offerings from a client’s perspective and detecting new market and product opportunities. You are therefore expected to possess strong communication and networking skills in addition to a quantitative background or strong interest/understanding of quantitative methods.
REQUIRED
To be a successful candidate, you must fulfil the following requirements:
- Graduate degree (university, MBA or equivalent) from top ranking academic institutions.
- Several years of industry experience in the financial markets industry and a proven track record in sales.
- Solid knowledge of the Swiss institutional market, its products and players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very good language skills in German (mother tongue) and fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Quantitative background or experience with the ability to understand, explain and improve our quantitative product and service offerings.
- A flexible and highly motivated personality with an entrepreneurial spirit, able to integrate and contribute to our young and dynamic team.
DESIRED

- Project management experience, particularly having managed a successful project to completion.
- Computer programming skills, particularly in MATLAB®.
