Institutional Sales Assistant recruitment

A global independent asset management company are looking to hire an assistant for their German and Swiss Institutional sales team to be based at their office near Zurich. The desired candidate will arrange events on behalf of the team, handle incoming client requests, maintain and update the CRM as well as manage the travel arrangements of the client managers.

The ideal candidate must be very customer focussed, have high level administrative skills and be a professional representative for the team. You must have very good communication skills, both written and verbal and provide the all around support and flexibility that this dynamic group would require. German mother tongue, fluent English is also essential.
