Institutional Sales Associate (CFD, Forex & Spread betting) recruitment
We are currently seeking a talented Institutional Sales Associate to join our CFD, Forex and Spread betting business in London or Gibraltar. You will create and maintain B2B relationships for our InterTrader brand in order to deliver a flow of new retail and small institutional clients to our growing business. You will also support the marketing function in the day to day management of acquisition activity.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify, attract and sign new brokers, affiliates and other institutional clients.
- Build and manage relationships with our partners and the individuals behind our partners to optimise revenue generation.
- Set goals, creating measures of performance for our partners.
- Monitor performance, taking corrective action for partners to accomplish the goals of the portfolio.
- Perform analysis and optimisation for acquisition campaigns, complemented with clear and concise reporting.
Occasional Responsibilities:
- Day to day reporting and other marketing operations related tasks.
Knowledge/Expertise/Qualifications:
Essential
- B.A or equivalent in a relevant subject (business, marketing, economics).
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in a similar role with a proven sales record.
- A bulging contact list of brokers, affiliates and other institutional clients.
- Experience building and managing relationships with customers and partners.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
