Institutional Sales Executive

O'Shaughnessy Asset Management, LLC (OSAM) is seeking a well-qualified, Sales Executive with first-hand experience winning and serving institutional clients. This experience should be both with plan sponsors directly and also via institutional consultants.

OSAM's office is located in Stamford, CT where all 31 employees currently work. We are open to the Sales Executive either working from our office or from his or her current location, assuming it is a hub for the institutional consulting community.

Key attributes of the candidate to be hired are as follows:

Our candidate evaluation process will include multiple interviews with key business leaders; at least one day onsite to meet with as many as 14 different employees in a cross-section of roles; as well as a formal personality assessment. This process is all in an effort to improve the odds that the selected candidate not only meets the qualifications of the position, but perhaps more importantly, fits into our tight culture.

OSAM is a transparent organization whose principals have been working together for more than 15 years. The firm possesses multiple long-only, equity strategies with strong track records of producing alpha for its clients. Ultimately we want to establish and/or grow our existing relationships with institutional consultants and plan sponsors.
