Institutional Sales Manager – To Pension funds / Insurance / FO recruitment

This role sits within the thriving UK institutional sales team, focused on the largest clients in the UK and Ireland and their asset management requirements.
This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process with new and existing clients within the UK pension fund, insurance and family office markets.
Key responsibilities will be to follow the highly process driven sales process to the letter while ensuring the values of the institution are adhered to, to work with numerous internal teams and departments to maximise potential opportunities and to proactively generate new business.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- A proven track record working with, and selling to, UK pension funds
- Highly advanced communication skills, communicating investment products and strategies to sophisticated clients
- Experience in successful business development and new business origination
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- The ability to develop strategy which will enhance profitability and return on assets.
