POSITION OVERVIEW:
MSCI is now seeking a Danish Speaking Sales Specialist who will be responsible for developing the IPD business in Sweden, Norway and Denmark; and the delivery of the service to Nordic clients. Responsibilities also include promoting and developing new products for the Nordic market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and maintaining customer relations with the Nordic commercial property investors
- Sales and marketing of the IPD services, bespoke research to clients and market data in Sweden, Norway and Denmark
- Project Management
- Preparation and delivery of client presentations
- Taking a proactive approach to the development of new business ideas, new projects and new products
- Keeping training courses and seminars
- Developing knowledge on IPD’s specific tools and statistic models
- The work will involve travelling in Sweden, Denmark and Norway
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Solid sales and/or relationship management experience within the investment/real estate industry working in a targeted revenue environment
- Fluency in English and Danish
- Commercial drive and sales skills
- Business network in the Nordic market
- Strong analytical expertise
- Good understanding of and experience in the property market
- Bachelors required, MBA or Masters Degree preferred
