The Firm is looking to hire additional Institutional Sales Associates to originate new business in full suite of products.  Esposito has a well-developed institutional sales and trading platform and are adding this position to facilitate client leads.  The position is based in Dallas, TX.

Main responsibilities include:

-Setting up meetings for new Institutional Business

-Marketing of all company products and services.

-Presenting co-ordination and distribution for off-site meetings

-Acting as an internal point of contact for potential clients

-Maintaining high standards of professional and ethical conduct

-Relationship management

Skills preferred:

-Knowledge of equity markets and past experience in subject matter preferred

-A willingness to follow leads.

-A bachelors degree in a relevant discipline

-Superior time management skills

-Ideal candidates are self-motivated

-Series 7, and 63
