Institutional Sales recruitment

Your primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing business development and marketing strategies to increase our client’s market share.   You will proactively develop and maintain client relationships by providing them with market information, trade ideas and efficient and professional brokerage services.

The ideal candidate will have attained relevant SFC licenses for carrying out Type 1 and 2 regulated activities and have a minimum of seven years' experience in institutional equity sales.  You will have good relationships with fund houses and other relevant institutions as well as a proven track record of hitting your targets.  You should be results oriented with strong initiative and a drive to succeed.  Excellent communication, marketing and client management skills are essential for this position, as are written and spoken English and Chinese language skills.
