Institutional Sales – Saudi & Middle East recruitment

Your responsibilities will include (without limitation) the following:

Business Development

*To cover the Regional markets as part of a team and contribute towards increasing assets within the Investment Funds of Asset Management and Private Equity
*To monitor clients' product preferences and assess their investment mandates, and work closely with the team in structuring the appropriate products.
*To meet service standards with all current clients through regular review and communication.
*To identify and develop your base of Institutional Clients.
*To identify and develop a base of Institutional prospects
*To prepare and execute a sales plan for the assigned territory.
*To meet all assigned targets on New accounts and Growth in Assets under management.
*To liaise between the clients and the company's specialist desks and cross sell the company's full range of products

Administration

*To maintain records of clients and provide timely progress reports to management. You may also be responsible for preparation of marketing materials and presentations of the company's products and services.
*To ensure all Client records are maintained, up to date and confidential at all times.
*To provide full progress/activity reports to senior management as per systems and on ad-hoc basis.
*To attend Team and one-to one meetings as scheduled.
*To be a strong team player.

Regulatory

*To comply with all required regulatory processes at all times.
*To keep up to date with the provisions for advice and documentation of such advice.
*To meet and maintain Key Performance Indicators as structured by the company.
*To comply at all times with the Compliance Manual of the company

Technical Skills and Competencies

*Arabic speaking a benefit
*Degree/CFA level competency
*Interpersonal/Business Development skills
*Time and Client Management experience
*Presentation Skills
*IT - PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook
*Fluent Arabic and English desired.
