Institutional Strategic Client Team Coordinator (Team goals) Investment Management recruitment
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, extreme goal orientation, and big picture thinking are required to achieve success in these extremely challenging roles.
These positions will conceptualize, organize, coordinate, and execute on all team activities from creating custom investor presentations, assisting in the development of client strategy and everything in-between to ensure extreme efficiency for a team of Institutional Client Relationship Managers, Marketers, or Portfolio Strategy experts. These positions will pull out all stops to make sure the team functions fluidly and stays focused on achieving all goals and objectives. Additionally, these positions will:
- Play a key role in developing and ensuring comprehensive understanding of all team goals and the roadmap to get there, ensuring excellent execution of only "relevant" activities that help the team achieve these goals.
- Gain understanding of and outcomes achieved during each client meeting to ensure tight follow-ups, and all client related goals and objectives are exceeded.
- Gathering necessary information and coordinating others as necessary to service the investor excellently
- Work with multiple company groups to gather required information to create unique and impactful presentations
- Schedule and coordinate investor meetings, conferences, conference calls; oversee, and manage team logistics; create reports to track team statistics, etc.
- Positions on client facing teams will be interfacing with institutional investors over the phone and in meetings (depending on location).
These positions require a true service mentality. We are not looking for individuals that aspire to directly manage investor relationships, but instead love being the behind the scenes player guiding the team's success while ensuring efficient team operations.
Chosen candidates will gain extensive exposure across all areas within investment management and the client service functions. Positions will provide extensive learning opportunity and advancement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of a Bachelors degree with a strong cumulative GPA and demonstrated track record of leadership.
- Prefer dynamic, driven candidates with 2 - 8 years "MAX" work experience working in fast paced, behind the scenes position such as marketing Analysts/Associates/Coordinator, Sales Assistants, Road Show Coordinators, Corporate Access, Event Coordinators, Conference planners, Operations Coordinators/Office Managers, Client Service Analysts/Associates, or Investor Relations/Services, etc.
- Some client interface in past positions highly preferred, however, if you are looking for a position that will directly manage client relationships, please do not apply.
- Organized, detailed, can-do attitude, strong client service mentality, proven behind the scenes go to person with a track record of success, exceptional coordination skills required.
