Instructional Design Job in Melbourne 3000, Victoria Australia

Work for one of the largest General Insurance groups and a leader in banking, life insurance and wealth management in Australia. With over 16,000 employees and over 9 million customers an exciting opportunity has become available in the Operational Training and Design team for an Instructional Designer.

This role will see you design high quality learning products and services to meet the business needs and business strategy of this significant organisation. You will need to be able to work with internal stakeholders to develop a high performing culture through working with key stakeholders and analyse design, develop, implement and review excellent learning materials for use at all levels of the organisations. Your learning and development background will also allow you to prepare learning material including detailed learning objectives, evaluation methods and actively negotiate and influence business stakeholders to consider all methods of learning and development.

Essential to your success, will be your ability to demonstrate significant experience in design and delivery of learning solutions. A good understanding of Financial Services especially Banking and Insurance would be advantageous. You will ideally be degree qualified in adult learning/education/HR or have significant on the job experience.

This role is an opportunity to use your creative edge and Learning and Development experience and will be a 3 month contract to see you in to the New Year. This is a rare opportunity to work in a dynamic team for an established organisation.
