Instructional Designer and Trainer recruitment
A leading global provider of critical information to decision makers in the financial, legal, tax and accounting, scientific, healthcare, and media markets, powered by the world's most trusted news organisation is seeking a Learning Consultant, to provide the Instructional Design and delivery of sales and marketing learning.
Most of the Day-to-Day responsibilities will revolve around creating, maintaining, and delivering learning programs to the required standards. In addition, some consulting with clients will be needed when reviewing and debriefing learning solutions.
Overview:
* Provides support in the design and development of learning programs(face to face, remote, and some eLearning) taking into consideration the most appropriate learning medium for the audience
* Participates in learning projects, owning specific areas
* Participates in the development of learning based on needs analysis from senior learning consultant
* Identifies and resolves technical and operational problems
* Sets and aligns project management goals with established business objectives
* Effectively communicates difficult subject material by altering communication to audience
Mandatory skills:
* Experience in a Training role
* Proven ability to deliver learning programs
* Ability to analyze data and feedback to inform subsequent activity
* Will have subject matter qualifications
* Some background and expertise in technical, product, development, financial data
* Must have training delivery background
* Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and ability to convey answers to colleagues in a clear and concise manner, particularly where English may not always be a first language
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Fully PC literate, extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint packages.
