Reputable organization seeks an Instructional Designer with a strong background in technical Instructional Design and Development. The position is available because of unparalleled growth within our industry. Position Description: Provides technical training and curriculum development for the organization. Conducts training programs. Writes course materials and develops training plans. Works with management to determine training goals. Very experienced in MS Office products. Experience Level: 3-6 Years. Skill Set: Instructional design; needs assessment and analysis; curriculum development; formative, summative and program evaluation; standup training; and technical writing.
Skills:
*Preferred - Experience in deploying a large scale technology platform and associated business processes
*Extensive Facilitation/Training Experience (specifically around technology training)
*Strong Instructional Design (experience with documenting and developing technical training)
*Ability to demonstrate experience with development of web based training tools using Captivate 4.0, Lectora and Snag It
*Experience developing desk level procedures
*Needs to understand how to work with process maps using a Six Sigma approach
*Building online help with RoboHelp/RoboSource (version 8.0 or higher)

*Daily staff members will be working on development of online curriculum, development of training curriculum and development and documentation of desk level procedures.
Size of current team is 8 people (before adding 3 contractors)
