Job Description

Instructional Design
Conduct needs analysis which articulate the current state, end state, and gap to which the intervention is targeted. Document results and finding of analysis efforts (i.e, focus groups, interviews, surveys)
Identify learning gaps, performance trends and opportunities
Partner with subject matter experts to obtain information and validate courseware content
Assist in the development of competency models and learning roadmaps
Assist in the development and launch of certification programs to support learning roadmaps
Create executive level presentations
Ensure all training meets and supports our clients quality initiatives and measurements.
Training Effectiveness
Work with internal partners to develop criteria to measure learning impact.
Project Management
Assist Senior Program Manager to coordinate and manage analysis activities: focus groups, surveys and interviews
Manage and work on multiple complex training deliverables concurrently,
Create and manage project plans to deliver results.
Utilize project management skills to define and meet project milestones, communicate issues and risks in a timely manner, and manage customer expectations.
Building and Maintaining Client Relationships
Develop and maintain a consultative relationship with key stakeholders at all levels of leadership to identify curriculum requirements. (May add something that they need to be able to work with all levels of leadership since they will be dealing with Sr Mgrs, Directors and VPs)

Minimum Required Skills / Competencies: Education/Experience:
Job Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, Communication or related field, or equivalent work experience required. Three plus years demonstrated success with increasing responsibility and various assignments in designing training curricula or courses.
Demonstrated understanding of the model and ability to apply the principles.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail and focus on quality.
Ability to work within a collaborative environment, multi-task, and apply a sense of urgency to work within aggressive timeframes.
Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
Strong project management and planning skills: Ability to lead a project with limited guidance.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with Business Sales or Operations teams desired.
Ability to work independently with limited guidance.
Knowledge, Skills:
Exceptional Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint skills
WebEx Set up and Delivery Experience
