Instructional Designer (Software Industry) – 100% Onsite Job in Mountain View, California Us

We are working exclusively with our client in finding Instructional Designers to create end-user training from scratch; deliverables to include Instructor-Led Training and WebEx.   

 

Requirements:

·         5+ years of Instructional Design experience and solid knowledge of adult learning principles

·         Previous experience working on training materials for a software company

·         Proven ability to write material in different formats: ILT, job aids, quick reference guides, scripts, PowerPoint

·         Must have software implementation experience

·         Work samples required to be presented to client (slides of a training course on a software application, Captivate, Word, Excel)

·         Process experience: order to cash, and service and support

·         Able to work in a fast pace environment and is well organized

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional and friendly demeanor

·         Background check and drug test may be required if selected

 

Nice to have:

 ·         Experience with Oracle EBS or salesforce.com

·        Able to adjust to changing demands and work in ambiguous situation

·        Experience creating training for field sales, service and support, order managers and/or partners.

·        Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology or Education
