Instructional Designer/Curriculum Developer
T he Instructional Designer/Curriculum Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and updating the Nuance Imaging technical and sales course curriculum. They are also repsonsible for administering the eLearning system, including registration and report creation.
- Become proficient with eCopy, X-Solutions, and Desktop products and services as well as supporting technologies related to Nuance's product training programs.
- Maintain an up-to-date course development project plan in accordance with curriculum model along with other tasks as assigned.
- Schedule training classes.
- Create and maintain reports from eLearning system.
- Develop criteria and tools for evaluating the effectiveness of the training materials.
- Travel as required.
- 2-4 years experience with technical curriculum development and training delivery in a formal training setting.
- Technical background and a basic understanding of networking. P
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, Page Maker, and Adobe.
- Knowledge of eLearning applications and computer based training.
- Flash programming experience a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of adult learning principles.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments; track record of meeting deadlines while producing quality deliverables.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of MFP/Copier industry.
- Bachelor's degree, with concentration in Instructional Design, Curriculum Development and/or Educational Technology required.
