Qualifications Associate's degree with at least 3 years of Instructing experience BA Preferred or equivalent relevant education and/or experience required. 2. Minimum of three years in assigned functional area to include fully successful completion of most recent competency assessment, if applicable. 3. Proven ability to present information verbally and visually to groups of various sizes. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Must be able to adapt to irregular hours and schedule changes with little notice. 6. Must be able to travel regularly and for extended periods of time (up to two weeks). 7. Must be computer literate and able to perform tasks using ARCBS programs. 8. Ability to balance production, customer service and compliance to ensure the integrity of ARCBS products; and able to deliver training for and competently perform (if applicable) all phases of department operations according to ARCBS procedures.
