The Instructor/Supervisor Technical Trainer prepares and provides instruction on technical training for Revenue and Support Vehicles equipment. Administers and monitors the RTD Maintenance Certification Programs in all areas of vehicle maintenance. Conduct driver licensing and safety programs and provides technical training assistance for bus maintenance, bus transportation and facilities maintenance.
This is a safety sensitive position subject to the rules and regulations of the Drug and Alcohol Policy.
Requirements:
- Technical Degree in Automotive or Diesel Technology from an accredited technical school or community college is required.
- Must have a valid CDL and have or obtain a valid 'A' P-2 CDL.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in bus or heavy vehicle maintenance is required. Knowledge and experience in collision and body repair is preferred.
