Instrument and Electrical Engineer, I&E
Global chemical manufacturer and marketer of products is seeking an Instrument and Electrical Reliability engineer for their North Houston area facility. This position will provide IE expertise for the plant site and serve as the plant site expert for the electrical infrastructure and SIS program. The successful candidate will also serve as the facilitor of instrumention and electrical equipment selection and installation process, evaluating suppliers for specific applications.
BS, Electrical Engineering and 5+ years experience in a manufacturing facility required. Must have knowledge of field instrumentation and controls including sensors, transmitters, final elements, and process control systems. Design and installation of analyzers and experience with PLC and DCS systems desired.
