A new and exciting opportunity has arisen within a large National Insurance business who are looking for an extremely high calibre candidate to be responsible for achieving new business from new clients within the Birmingham area.
We are looking for someone that has a successful history and track record in procuring and developing new business and clients and also possess first class sales and influencing skills as well as a good technical knowledge of a range of Commercial covers.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Establishing contact the needs of the main prospects in the area.
· Developing an understanding and appreciation of the prospect's business and specific risks.
· Developing relationships with prospects and introducing services to those prospects
· Use of marketing and other materials to help to develop relationships with prospects. This includes active participation in periodic sales campaigns.
· Selling from across the full range of the company’s services to develop revenue streams.
· Developing good working relationships with specialists, and specifically, the regional Client Management Teams, therefore selecting the most suitable Client Directors and ensuring they are effectively presented to the prospect.
You should have a professional style and the ability to impact and impress in prospect meetings
A full Clean UK driving licence is required for the position.
