Description

The incumbent is responsible for the support of the the Asset Servicing business lines on the Eagle STAR Account Platform which include clients in Insurance, Middle Office Outsourcing, and Fund Administration. Responsibilities will include review and initial triage of business issues related to utilization of the Eagle STAR Accounting platform. Research of these issues could indicate potential application issues related to both accounting and technology related causes.. The incumbent will be expected to communicate with the operations teams and other support teams as well as with the software vendor.

Qualifications

The qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, or Technology. They should possess excellent analytical problem solving skills and the ability to successfully prioritize tasks as well as the ability to learn things quickly. Additionally, they should possess good communication skills, both written and oral to effectively communicate with both the operations groups, support groups, and the software vendor. Experience with Microsoft and PC Applications included Web-Based Applications is a must. They should also have some experience with relational database structures
