Insurance Client Manager

Full Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to be primarily responsible for day to day management of a portfolio of established accounts, ensuring retention and satisfaction of clients. This is an office based role and is built upon excellent service and specialist product knowledge.
As an Insurance Client Manager your key responsibilities will include:

Attainment of individual revenue targets and deadlines
Maximize renewal and retention of existing accounts
Provide support to key business partners for retention of existing accounts
To ensure timely submission of proposals to insurers, handling queries and requests on the customers` behalf
Preparation of renewal documentation including invitation, renewal schedules and clarification of claims whilst maintaining accuracy at all times.
To deal with coverage queries from client and ensure that contract certainty is achieved including insurer subjectivities.
To ensure all post sale-alteration documentation is sent in a timely manner, including invoicing and policy issuance in order to meet business and regulatory requirements.
Enhance client experience whilst maintaining regulatory compliance
Analysis of data and the ability to respond with relevant information to clients and-or third parties
Be aware of market trends, maintaining satisfactory levels of technical competence and an understanding of the need to mitigate risk both internally and externally

Ability to prioritise workload
Actively supports activities to strengthen or build relationships
Ability to use a range of approaches to gain support to a desirable course of action
Ability to demonstrate previous client-relationship management
Willingness to support colleagues in all times of change and resolve challenges when encountering resistance
Commitment to excellence relative to provision of client service
