Insurance Compliance Manager recruitment
Responsibilities
- Establishing strategy, direction, policies and standards for regulatory compliance, and corporate governance according to internal and local regulatory requirements
- Review, develop and implement controls for AML, SOX, and other compliance/risk areas
- Working with different business heads in establishing product specifications and ensure product compliance
- Liaise with regulators on new legislations and/or changes in regulatory stance to optimise strategy, positioning and business model.
- Advise the business on the formulation and implementation of compliance policies, strategies, and documentation requirements
- Will provide compliance support on ad-hoc projects.
Requirements
- Degree holder in law or accounting with 5-6 years working experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- Compliance experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills - Fluent in English and Chinese
- PC skills essential
- Independent yet able to work in teams with a willingness to assume responsibility
