Insurance Customer Service Adviser

The Role:

To deliver outstanding customer service and deal with motor insurance for a leading insurance broker

Principal Responsibilities

• Working in a inbound call centre you will be taking calls from customers
• You could be working in renewals or sales depending on your preference
• Answering customer calls in line with schedule
• Provide advice, guidance, services and solutions which meet the customers needs, referring more complex cases through to the appropriate pipelines
• Produce and process all documentation resulting from the customer contact in an effective and timely manner
• Develop and maintain all required skills, including a good working knowledge of relevant software tools and systems, to facilitate the effective delivery of work activities
• Provide excellent customer service at the first point of contact
• Receive, understand and assess customers' requirements to ensure that the services provided meet their needs

Knowledge / Skills / Experience
• It is essential you have experience of working in the insurance or the financial services industry
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
