Our Personal Lines Insurance Agency has an immediate opening for a bright, dependable Customer Service Representative. We exclusively represent a major multi-line insurance company, and are based in the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago. 

The position involves servicing personal lines, mostly auto and homeowners policies for an existing book of business.

Duties include taking payments, handling claims, responding to customer requests, obtaining quote information, preparing quotes, following up on leads, making apponitments, cross-selling and other service, sales and marketing duties.

Applicants MUST HAVE their Illinois Property Casualy license. Life Health would be helpful also.

Ideal candidates would have one or more years solid agency experience, especially with State Farm (an LSA-4, LSA-5 or SSA designation would help), Allstate, Farmers, Country, American Family and others.
