Desired skills :
Technical
•Understanding of enterprise risk management, governance and Solvency II requirements.
•Understanding of how industry is approaching and implementing Solvency II
•Aptitude to provide pragmatic advice concerning the practical implications of Solvency II
•Life and/or General Insurance Industry experience, either as part of a Financial Services Institution, in an advisory or business consulting capacity to similar organisations or with a European regulator.
•Design, development and implementation of enterprise risk management frameworks for insurers
Other skills
•A proven ability to network, identify and convert sales opportunities and lead the sales process
•Change/Project management in financial services institutions
•Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on own initiative
•Strong team player

Qualification
• Degree and / or relevant professional qualification and / or significant relevant consulting or industry expertise
• Significant experience in the regulatory/compliance business environment of the wholesale financial services industry. Ideally with experience of operating within a professional services environment.
