Insurance – General Manager recruitment

The General Manager will take the operation to the next level in terms of product development, implementation, sales and market share.

An energetic self starter, the ideal candidate will have first class communication and relationship building skills in order to implement the agreed strategy across the banking sales channels as well as a strong analytical and statistical background in relation to data mining.

Key responsibilities include:

Establishing sound rapport and "buy in" with key banking and insurer stakeholders to implement a successful sales strategy that increases volume and penetration across the bank's customer base in order to meet agreed targets.

Develop sales momentum through campaign work, marketing, distribution channels and innovative new and bundled life and non life products.

 Person Specification

10 or more years working in insurance with at least 5-7 years in a Bancassurance environment within the GCC market including both life and non life classes.  Strong sales and marketing history with experience in building sales teams. 

You will be a Bachelors Degree holder and ideally have or be working towards an Associate level qualification in insurance.
