Insurance Marketing & Recruiting Professional Job in Des Moines, Iowa US
Manpower is searching for an insurance marketing and recruiting rep for our Central Iowa client.
The successful candidate will plan and implement marketing and recruiting activities in order to meet targets for: retention, growth and profitability. This position is also responsible for recruiting new registered representatives and investment advisers.
Essential Job Functions
*Generate new assets under management and new revenue
*Write and update content for clients website
*Build excitement with current agents about updates and promotions
*Use rapport to market new services and products to agents
*Act as subject matter expert to agents providing support and knowledge regarding product line
*Develop strategic plans and sales processes to agreed budgets
*Process brokerage orders and other duties as needed.
Position Requirements
*Ability to perform as directed and within allotted time frames with precision
*Create and maintain strong relations with contacts both internal and external
*Be enthusiastic about products offered and be able to take responsibility for persona and professional development.
*Bachelor's degree or related field or equivalent work experience. (Typically 3-7 years of related, progressive work experience would be needed for candidates applying for this position who do not possess a bachelor's degree.)
*Requires a series 7 and must be able to attain the series 24 and 65 within six months of employment
*Strong computer skills - CRD, IARD, Word, Excel, (Microsoft Office Systems), Maestro, NetExchange Pro and related back office systems.
