Insurance (Non-contentious) 1+
Our client, an international top 20 UK firm, is looking to recruit a talented non-contentious insurance associate at the 1+ PQE level to join its reputable London office.
The successful candidate will get the opportunity to work under an experienced partner who focuses on the life insurance and wealth management sectors. Work will be both transactional and advisory, based around drafting and negotiating distribution agreements and investment management agreements, advising on life product development, FSA regulatory issues, life reassurance treaties and insurance business transfers. As such, a mixed and varied workload is on offer.
Applicants should have excellent academics and technical skills, and should have previous non-contentious insurance experience derived from a City or large regional practice. Commercial awareness and first-rate client handling skills will also be required. This opportunity offers a genuine platform for career progression, and comes with competitive remuneration.
