Insurance Part Time & Full Time Positions Job
We have several positions for Licensed personal lines commercial insurance customer service professionals for either part-time or full time in the areas of Oakland, Macomb Livingston Counties.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years insurance agency or insurance company experience
- Knowledge of agency management systems such as Applied or AMS
- Knowledge of comparative rating software programs or on-line rating programs
- A current property casualty license is desired, but not required.
- Professional designations such as CISR, CIC, CPCU, ARM, LIC desired
Key Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Daily servicing of new and renewal accounts, taking phone calls, answering questions, processing policies, endorsements, cancellations
- New business quotations and renewal re-quotes.
- Cross-selling additional lines of business. (Bonus commission may be paid by employers on additional lines of business sold).
