Insurance Programme Manager
My client, one of the worlds' fastest growing management consulting organisations is growing its insurance practice.
The Programme Management Consulting Practice has a number of growing industry specific offerings and you will join as a business building and delivery expert within the Insurance practice.
The successful candidate will have reached senior manager level within a big 4 or well-known consulting organisation and will have delivered considerable programmes within an Insurance company without necessarily having become an SME.
Other essential criteria include:
- Excellent programme delivery track record of delivering to structured methodology on time and budget
- "Consulting Polish" gained from a big 4 consulting firm or well-known equivalent
- Insurance industry exposure either from general a business/IT transformation perspective or an SME (solvency 2) transformation perspective.
- Ability to develop business from your own network/colder relationships or by "landing and expanding".
In return you will be remunerated in the upper quartiles of the consulting market at this level and will be part of a practice that retains a boutique feel within an aggressively growing multi-national firm.
