Allstate Exclusive Agency is looking for a full time property casualty licensed individual for customer service and sales. Candidates must be self-motivated and efficient with quoting auto and property and must have an excellent phone voice with excellent communication skills with a positive attitude.
Duties include:
Cross selling existing customers
Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referrals
Generating quotes
Conducting policy reviews and updating policies
Processing payments and reporting claims
Providing excellent customer service
Relationship building
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate
Confident, self starter who works independently
Must be able to multi task
A property and casualty license is required with one year minimum insurance agency experience
English and Spanish speaking individual is a plus.
