Insurance Sales Adviser

The Role:

You will be working for a leading personal lines insurance broker selling the company's products
Principal Responsibilities
• You will be selling a variety of personal lines products including motor and household insurance
• You will working to targets
• Answering customer calls in line with schedule
• Provide advice, guidance, services and solutions which meet the customers needs.
• Produce and process all documentation resulting from the customer contact in an effective and timely manner
• Develop and maintain all required skills, including a good working knowledge of relevant software tools and systems, to facilitate the effective delivery of work activities
• Provide excellent customer service at the first point of contact
• Receive, understand and assess customers' requirements to ensure that the services provided meet their needs

Knowledge / Skills / Experience
• It is essential you have experience of working in the insurance or the financial services industry
• Excellent sales skills and the ability to work to targets.
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent listening and questioning skills
• Confidence and tenacity
• Attention for detail / thoroughness
• Negotiation, influencing and decision making
• Able to act with honesty, dignity and integrity
