REQUIREMENTS:

We are seeking individuals who have a growth mindset and want to build their own business, but enjoy a tremendous support network. Individuals with previous experience in insurance sales and building their own agencies have a high potential for success in this role.

 

Skills/backgrounds associated with success:

§   2+ years of insurance sales, sales management and sales recruiting experience, with strengths in strategic sales approaches, team building and development.

§  Self-motivation and drive; willing to invest time in developing relationships with your own team as well as your clients.

§  Ability to identify and prioritize sales opportunities.
