Insurance Sales Producer/Agent:
We are seeking a truly entrepreneurial candidate who is ready to grow their own book of business. Key Palm Insurance, Inc. is a seven year agency of Property and Casualty products domiciled in Florida. Our carriers are positioned to be extremely competitive and we have the opportunity to grow our personal and commercial lines of business. In this position you will actively participate in the marketing and selling of our product lines.
Responsibilities:
· Create and develop strong networking relationships
· Quote, sell and cross-sell various lines of insurance
· Make outbound calls to prospects to close sales opportunities
· Diligent follow up to prospects and clients expressing interest in products
· Focus the sales effort around identifying and fulfilling client needs
· Advise and counsel clients on their insurance options
· Close sales by addressing client concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the client towards commitment
· Create and maintain positive client relationships
· Offer and cross sell products to existing clients
· Maintain training in sales skills and insurance products
Qualifications:
· 1 – 2 years Property and Casualty Experience
· Position requires a 2-20 license
· High school diploma with college degree a plus
· Strong sales and interpersonal skills
· A contagiously positive attitude
· Self motivated and have the ability to take initiative
· Demonstrates persistence to overcomes obstacles
· Strives to improve skills and achieve goals
· Effective organizational skills
· Must be passionate about assisting individual with their financial needs
· Team and career orientated
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Must be a confident, self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment.
· Must have the ability to multi-task.
· Bilingual a plus
