As an agency staff member, you will be an employee of the agency and not of Allstate Insurance Company or its affiliates. Agency staff members perform a fundamental role in servicing customers, supporting agents and building strong relationships with the community. Successful applicants will have their Property and Casualty license. Unlicensed candidates who are willing to obtain their Property and Casualty license will also be considered. Actual job responsibilities are determined by the Exclusive Agent but duties may include:
· Improve agency sales by prospecting for leads;
· Writing new business for the agency
· Cross selling to current customers
· Researching and resolving customer inquiries
· Completing changes to policies
· Ensuring that customers renew their insurance with Allstate
